Anthony received his B.S. in General Science from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is a U.S. Army Master Fitness Trainer and is an ISSA certified personal trainer. Anthony specializes in weight loss, unilateral strength and mobilization, sports performance, and dietary consultation. His philosophy is: Fitness is a matter of getting over the creature comforts that are holding you back from your future. I'm going to push you to your limits and right to the edge of being uncomfortable. I am committed to the fact that an individual must become uncomfortable to truly know what they are capable of. Comfortable is for couch potatoes and I don't train couch potatoes.
