The best thing I enjoy about training with Daniel is I just show up and he puts me to work. I do not have to think about what to do, I just follow his instructions. He makes working out simple and fun along with teaching me the "why" of what exercises I'm doing and the benefits. The education he shares adds to the enjoyment of training with him.

As I turned 60, it became increasingly difficult to do simple tasks, such as climbing stairs and lifting. I wanted to increase my mobility and flexibility and have better balance and more stamina. Daniel developed a personalized workout regimen to help me improve in these areas without aggravating the arthritis in my knees. I have been working out with Daniel for five months and not only am I seeing muscles I hadn’t seen in years, I’m seeing muscles I didn’t know I even had.
