Cher is a dedicated personal trainer and health enthusiast with a passion for holistic wellness. She holds specializations in Golf Fitness and Youth Exercise from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and is a certified Hippocrates Health Educator. In addition to her fitness expertise, Cher is a self-taught chef specializing in raw, living, and plant-based foods as well as holding certifications in Professional Life Coaching and Equine and Canine Sports Massage.

Cher’s journey in health and fitness is marked by her love for running, golfing, and equestrian sports. She has collaborated with Olympic Gold Medalist Tad Coffin to research and test the Thera-Tree™ and eWell™ technology, aimed at enhancing the performance and recovery of both equine and human athletes.

In 2012, at the age of 47, Cher achieved a significant milestone by completing her first Marine Corps Marathon, fueled by a 100% raw vegan diet. Since then, she has received Distinguished Participant and Semper Fidelis Challenge medals for multiple consecutive years from the Marine Corps Marathon Association. Currently, Cher serves as the captain of 'Team Valor' in the Marine Corps 'Hometown Challenge,' leading her team in a 3,508-mile virtual event, with plans to cross the finish line by the Marine Corps birthday on November 10, 2024.

At 58, Cher maintains her rigorous training routine, running 3-4 times a week, cross-training with 18 holes of golf, and supplementing her fitness with strength training sessions. She believes in the power of plant-based nutrition and consistent exercise to optimize physical and mental performance.

Cher enjoys sharing her knowledge and experience and is committed to helping others find balance, resilience, and strength through a plant-based lifestyle and personalized training programs, helping her clients achieve greater energy, endurance, and overall well-being. Her approach to health and fitness embodies the philosophy that mind, body, and spirit must work in harmony to unlock an individual's true potential.

Cher’s motto is, "Slow and steady makes one ready.”

"Do not let nature take its course. You are the driver and the force. The intention that you set is the ball on the tee. Now aim for the green to the things unseen. Your path to Whole & Oneness is just a swinging step away."
