Dale is a Veteran Fitness Trainer, who brings lots of positive energy to every workout, has a vivd picture of how to set and obtain goals, as well as a firm grasp on what fitness success looks like and how to achieve it. During his 42 Navy and DOD career, his goals were to seek out positions in which he could have an impact on enhancing the well-being of individuals, teams, and organizations. Dale is always striving to empower individuals to a healthier lifestyle and ensures that everyone he trains with will move closer to becoming the person they want to become and achieving the goals they want to achieve. Dale uses Total Functionality Fitness, which is achieved by teaming with committed clients and providing custom designed, life-changing workouts and nutrition plans. He creates awareness, which gives his clients the freedom to choose a healthier lifestyle, one full of energy and joy. This is done one step at a time, giving clients a chance to adjust to the changes, both emotionally and physically. Their reward is that they will gain improvements in areas of weight loss, functionality movements, quality of life, self-esteem, self-concept, and confidence.
