NASM Certified personal trainer
Kaity has been training for over 10 years. After being active in sports throughout school, she knew she had to find something to keep her moving. She was introduced to weight lifting by a friend and has made exercise part of her life from that day forward. Kaity has worked with numerous friends over the years to get them in better shape and finally put some schooling behind her training by NASM certified for PT. She looks forward to working with varying clients in all stages of life and helping them to become the strongest, healthiest versions of themselves.
Kaity’s philosophy is simple: “Movement is medicine! Lack of movement is why we lose range of motion, not age. The ability to move your body will help you lift heavier, longer, and decrease chances of injury."
